There are very few boarding kennels
in Central Portugal. But we are very fortunate in having excellent
facilities to the north of Tomar at Chãos.
These kennels are run by a young
Portuguese couple who also speak excellent English. The
kennels are open

At the time of writing they charge 8
euros a day for dogs under 20 kg and 10 euros a day for dogs over 20
kg. For boarding over 91 days the charge drops to 6 and 8 euros
respectively. They require all vaccinations to be up
to date and also require vaccination against kennel cough. They have also have maternity
facilities and their vet is Dr Marta of Tomar. They also run a dog grooming service. |
