This second floor does require some repair work to be carried out, though it is not major. There are two entrances to the warehouse, which are wide and easy to negotiate in larger vehicles. At present the warehouse is structured to operate one business from the premises, however with a little thought it could be subdivided to provide smaller units for things such as motor boat storage or a secure furniture storage facility. The warehouse is situated on the edge of a small village, but is within easy reach of Tomar, which is a bustling community. Tomar has a bus and train station and good road links to both Coimbra in the north and Lisbon to the south.
Lisbon airport is approximately one and a quarter hours' drive from the warehouse.
Castelo do Bode lake, which is Portugal's second largest reservoir, is approximately 10 minutes drive from the property. Castelo do Bode is popular for all kinds of water sports including sailing and water skiing. |
