There are a selection of mature trees
including Cork oaks and Pines. The land is set on three levels and is a
gentle slope down to the water's edge.
The land has mains electricity and street
lighting in front and there was a project approved on the land, however
this has since lapsed. There are neighbouring houses to either
side, however the land does retain it's privacy. |

The plot is situated on the edge of
Castelo do Bode, approximately one and a half kilometres from the
village of Montes, which has several cafe bar restaurants. The larger
town of Ferreira do Zęzere, which has restaurants, shops, supermarket,
health centre, bank, builders merchants and library, is approximately 15
minutes by car.
The world heritage town of
Tomar, which has a
castle, hospital, supermarkets, bus and train station, is approximately
20 minutes by car.
The closest airport to the plot is
situated at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car.
Porto airport is slightly further taking around two and a half hours by
